driving the company forward on its truly exciting journey.
We are currently recruiting for a People Executive to be based out of Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
* Be the key POC for all eyewans in KSA Ensure smooth functioning of the lifecycle of an employee - from onboarding (visa, iqama transfers, medical insurances) to exits (F &F settlements, asset management etc)
* Responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management.
* Ensuring that the files of all employees contracts/offers are maintained
* Managing the payroll inputs, attendance, accuracy of overtime, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives and warning letters
* Staying up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation.
* Help build a healthy and positive work culture and environment
Requirements
* Must be a Saudi National
* Should have 1 - 3 years experience in a People Ops role in an SME in KSA
* Must have excellent communications skills - English and Arabic
* Should be up to date on knowledge of Saudi Government Regulations & Labour Laws
* Must be able to multitask
* Experience working in a retail or tech organization is ideal but not mandatory
