As the People & Culture Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting
various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources
processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
* Provide support to the HR Manager and Recruitment Manager with the full recruitment and onboarding cycle.
2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
* Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
* Assist with the exit process for departing colleagues, including conducting exit interviews.
3. HR Administration:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date colleague records and databases.
* Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
4. Colleague Relations
* Address colleague inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and resolving colleague concerns.
* Full support with all colleague engagement initiatives and activities.
5. Benefits Administration:
* Support the administration of colleague benefits programs.
* Assist colleagues with inquiries related to benefits.
6. Performance Management:
* Support the performance appraisal process and assist in tracking colleague performance.
7. Training and Development:
* Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives.
* Coordinate colleague participation in training activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR roles, with exposure to a variety of HR functions, preferably in luxury hospitality.
* Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive matters using sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
