Job Responsibilities:
* Create marketing communication plans as directed by the Director of Public Relations & Director of People and Culture
* Brief creative agency on People & Culture marketing projects & follow up on deliverables
* Responsible for Yammer (FS Riyadh Community). Create strategy for the Hotel's Yammer community and make sure Hotel activities and events are always shared on the platform
* Responsible for the FS Riyadh Linkedin page, ensuring content is always accurate and updated
* Assist social media agency with the planning of photo & video shoots to create monthly content for the FS Riyadh Linkedin page
* Handle the community management of the FS Riyadh Linkedin Page.
* Monitor, review and report on the FS Riyadh Linkedin page activity and results.
* Thorough understanding of the Linkedin environment and its evolving shape. Awareness of the latest tools and best practices.
* Manage P&C communications including announcements
* Ensure that all People & Culture advertising and collateral are in keeping with the P&C guidelines and brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
* Plan monthly photoshoot for new joiners
