JOB PURPOSE


Build and develop actionable HR Analytical capabilities across the HR value
chain looking for insights that lead to better informed strategic decision
making leveraging Corporate Strategy, IT / Digital systems, SBUs, Functions,
CoEs and corporate HR capabilities.


Analyze robust and complex data using Analytics to extract and identify
actionable insights to support SABIC leaders make more informed people
decisions.


Examine internal and external data to identify patterns, understand cause-and-
effect relationships, propose and socialize solutions and hypothesis and work
with appropriate teams to socialize outcomes with SABIC leaders. Leverage
descriptive, diagnostic, predicative and prescriptive Analytics in relevant
projects.

JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Develops and implements a proven approach to the process of insights generation and business problem solving using Analytics to address people challenges leveraging data across all relevant SABIC data domains (HR, IT, Finance, SBUs, etc.).

  • Design, develop and test business people analytics solutions, standardize reports that can be scaled and leveraged globally, and provide digitized and customizable analytics products for business leaders to inform workforce and organizational people decisions.

  • Build and communicate convincing, compelling, logically structured story-telling of research/analytics findings and forward thinking insights to help leaders understand results and anticipate/ understand challenges and opportunities for their business. And ensure data is conveyed in meaningful and interpretive formats for executives & employee levels.

  • Build and deploy diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics through applied data science techniques and statistical analysis to test hypothesis and uncover critical information in data that will inform decision making in SABIC.

  • Develop and nurture a data driven culture for People matters within SABIC through demonstrations of proof points and real use cases of value creation within SABIC as a result of data and analytics. This includes training and upskilling relevant communities to build analytical capabilities.

  • Support HR and Business Leaders leverage interactive dashboards and people data so that they may better work with and act on data. Democratize data to make it accessable and enable self-service analytics.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science,
    Statistics, Economics, or related field.

  • Statistical software / platform and coding qualification (e.g. R, Python).

  • ‎5+ years of experience in related fields.


  • Must be fluent in English.
