Role Purpose

The Digital Operations & Analytics officer is responsible for leveraging all
MarTech & Ad Tech capabilities, including data interoperability, automation
systems integration, tracking , tag management systems and analytics. In
addition to leveraging all inbound digital activities, including management of
the website, mobile app, campaigns Etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Areas of Responsibilities & Duties

• Ad Tech: DSPs by Agencies


• Manage the integration between digital automation platform and digital partners


• Monitor and provide input to improve the effectiveness of lead gen and ABM


• Deliver database growth, enrichment, segmentation, data hygiene and completeness.


• Familiar with the post-cookie world solution.


• Lead initiatives to improve lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management and pipeline/revenue attribution.


• Accelerate our growth with insightful digital analytics.


• Own the creation and evolution of a library of the reports and dashboards that track hey digital performance indicators.


• Contribute to creating inquiry, MQL, SQL, pipeline, conversion rate and revenue goals supporting overall business outcomes.


• Execute lifecycle ad-hoc and automated digital communications via multiple digital channels (email -in-app message, push) for acquisition and win-back purposed.


• Launch A/B tests, analyse results and identify actionable opportunities and best practices.


• Deploy/implement or get up to speed with new AdTech/MarTech tool


• Tag Management Solutions: Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager Etc.


• Make sure all tags on the website fire well


• Site Analytics solutions: Google Analytics (GA4 ‎360)


• App analytics solution: Firebase & Adjust


• Select the best digital automation tools.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

• Proven work experience as Digital Operations & Analytics (‎1-‎2- years of experience preferred agency side),.


• Prior experience with managing large datasets through a variety of database tools.


• Relevant and progressive experience with digital operation platforms, other elements of a modern MarTech and AdTech and digital reporting/analytics


• Digital technologist


• Experience in digital marketing measurement.


• Strong technical aptitude as well as deep knowledge of the prominent AdTech and MarTech.


• Hands on experience with Tag Management System (Google Tag Management, DTM,)


• Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag manager, Optimize and Data Studio.


• Experience using BI or data visualization tools like Tableau and others.

Education
and Certifications

• BSc, MA in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Job related Skills

• Proficiency in English & Arabic (Reading and Writing)


• Proficiency in Analytics m Excel and MS office
