We have an opportunity for the Sr Sales Manager to join our Honeywell Building
Technologies Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabi to Develop business plans to achieve
the company goals and objectives and support the Fire Sales to achieve their
individual goals and develop their capabilities.
Sr Sales Manager Responsibilities:*
* Develop business plans and go to market strategies that help pave the way for long term profitable growth of the business and the customer base. Implement all approved plans in timely manner and provide ongoing feedback as to the level of success achieved versus the plans and any ongoing corrective actions
* Ensure that customers are provided with the support in terms of sales and marketing material, training and technical assistance
* In conjunction with the distributors, sales team and marketing/ factory plans, promote and launch new products into the market
* Ensure that the sales and internal support teams are clear on the objectives of the business and are fully trained in any new products ahead of the customers
* Manage and control all his employees so that they can successfully achieve their objectives in consistent basis. Carry out regular performance reviews in line with Honeywell guidelines
* Working closely with, managing and providing professional support and guidance to all Esser Regional Sales Managers to help them achieve their sales goals and common goals and objectives
* Provide inputs on the Strategic Plan (STRAP)plans as required
* Provide timely feedback on all aspects of the business including sales data, financial statements, product requirements, market data, business development opportunities, customers ' issues, and any other matters deem to be important/ relevant in order to develop the customers' relationship and profitably growth the business

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business discipline
* Minimum of ‎15 years of sales experience preferably with a multinational company
* Experience with customer and people management and leadership
* Experience with budgeting and market reporting
