About the role
This position is for an established Sales Manager responsible for managing a
team of intermediate or experienced Outside Sales professionals. Leads outside
sales activities and ensures operational plans and objectives are met.
Responsible for making significant improvements to processes and standards in
order to enhance performance of outside sales team.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, or equivalent
* 10 years of working experience
* Experience in managing a team
* Problem identification and resolution skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good work organization/detail oriented
* Time management
* Supervisory skills
* Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is preferred
* Driver license
Responsibilities
As a Country Sales Manager, you 'll be responsible for:
* Ensure the establishment and development of professional relationships with strategic prospects for better understanding and meeting the customer needs within the bounds of contracted scope.
* Responsible for coordinating the business development activities for prospects to support the business strategy defined by leadership.
* Analyses bid opportunities, prepares final bid responses with team, negotiates with potential customers and maintains customer relationships to win projects.
* Contacts potential prospects to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services in order to create new client base and increase sales.
* Responsible for product presentations and workshops. Educates prospects and advises the product line, addressing resistance in order to develop business.
* Supports the management team representative on target accounts or territories. Maintains personal pipeline and customer log. Hunting for opportunities.
