Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Coordinator position is responsible for monitoring and supporting
Project activities.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plans, schedules, direct, coordinates and supervises staff.
* Responsible for the project coordination functions including following up on schedules and progress evaluation, schedule and cost control.
* Project coordination, subcontract administration, change order control data recording and reporting.
* Directs project supervisory staff and field sections in administrative duties.
* Makes frequent interdisciplinary contacts within the company, with client and other involved agencies.
* Keeps superiors fully informed.
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
A degree in project management
2 years of project coordination experience
Additional Requirements
Excel experience
Microsoft Project experience
An evidence of professional growth shown by satisfactory performance in past
positions.
Proficiency in applying construction management and administration techniques
and the ability to plan, organize and supervise the management of one or more
construction projects.
Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
Computer literacy.
