About the Opportunity:
At Jacobs, we push the limits of what's possible to make the world smarter and
more connected. We are playing a key role on one of the most iconic giga
projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects
in the world.
Jacobs are looking for a Travel Coordinator to be based in Riyadh. You will be
responsible for coordinating the programme travel arrangements within the
Kingdom. Responsibilities include:
* Arrange business, mobilization, demobilization, and rotational travel arrangements which includes flights, accommodation and transportation
* Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and associated services to staff
* Monitor flight availability with proactive cost-conscious decision making
* Prioritize key travel requests and ensure approvals are in place prior to travel booking
* Partner closely with the Executive Director and HR Onboarding Coordinators
Here 's What You'll Need:
* Have previously coordinated travel requirements
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment coordinating travel arrangements across all levels of the business
* Strong verbal and written communication is key
* Understanding of travel systems/process
* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
