Job Description
* Receive request from PM/Customers/SI Team/Engineers for a resource requireaments based on project, presales and opportunity tasks. Log the request, and Monitor all the open change request tickets and closed tickets manually in Assyst once resolved by the engineers.
* Generate and maintain Project related Reports based on agreed and defined schedules.
* Maintain log / excel sheet for all projects with assigned PM/all Open and Closed Projects.
* Receiving the logged project from logistics, verify the order in CRM, Collect documents from CRM (Proposal, Contact, PO, Logistics Order form, etc..) and create Project Control Sheet.
* Acting Project Manager for small projects.
* Maintain Project manager's documents sheets on Public folder (Annual leaves, CVs, etc..)
* Create and follow up with Helpdesk on Projects tickets logged.
* Host team monthly and quarterly meetings and capture Minutes of Meeting
* Identify opportunities and work with the team to submit offers to the customer for new projects. In general, the account coordinator is mandated to grow the business through upsells in his/her accounts.
