A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Customer Service
Representative to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Due to Saudization - this role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

your application unsuccessful on this occasion.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Ensure an efficient service to customers including order processing, preparation of the export shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries and returns, and responding promptly and effectively to all customer queries.
* Manage and maintain all customer data such as address, prices, etc to ensure smooth processing of orders.
* Efficient handling of orders/queries by telephone, mail, fax and e-mail.
* Liaise with internal teams to interpret policy and progress product availability.
* Prepare reports as needed for management.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Due to Saudization - this role is open to Saudi Nationals only.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economic Science or Equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of Customer Services experience in a similar sector.
* Experience in Windows Office Software and SAP.
* Excellent fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken & written, French would be advantageous.
