General Overview:
Our client, a large well-established Insurance company is looking to hire a
Customer Service Representative to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. The
successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex inquiries for
clients and customers and be integral to the Organization's Customer Service
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements**
* Bachelor 's degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
* Call center experience preferred.
* Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
* Arabic written and oral skill is a must.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.
* Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
* Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high-level capacity to multitask independently.
* Extensive understanding of Medical Terminology.
* Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is required.
