The opportunity
Project: A major mixed-use development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reporting to a senior commercial manager.
* Being a part of the budgets and cost reporting team.
* Collecting Data, monitoring financial performance, and financial analysis (including trend analysis).
* Preparing project performance reports and recommendations for the executive team.
* Being able to lead negotiations with third parties as a cost management specialist.
* Being able to respond to client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
About you
You will have BSc degree qualification in quantity surveying with MRICS and be
a member of a professional body. You have professional work experience in
commercial management. You have a technical professional with cost management
experience. You have a general understanding of all aspects of cost management
and promoting value for money. You have a working knowledge of current
methodologies and tools related to managing costs. You have experience in
coordinating multiple parties. You have ability to meet deadlines, no
exceptions - "Completer Finisher" attributes. You are team oriented.
You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide
support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering
projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be
poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious
people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects
and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to
