Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

+ Understanding AECOM project management delivery systems and procedures with
an ability to develop and review the AECOM commercial bid models and monitor
project financials.

+ Understanding Tax and Intercompany agreements (working with other global
business lines) requirements.

+ Identifying project risks in coordination with legal team and commercial
team.

+ Review and assess Commercial Risks when bidding and administrating/managing
Projects in Saudi Arabia to safeguard the AECOM Arabia business & AECOM
Partners

+ Assist the Bid Manager to review the RFP documents and provide commercial
qualifications & coordinate with the Legal and Finance teams for inputs and
measures to be accounted for in AECOM's proposals.

+ Coordinate and collaborate with AECOM Legal in relation to the contract
reviews, amendments and execution.

+ Contract Review and ensuring commercial/scope risks inferred in T&Cs; are
identified and mitigated

+ Manages RFA/RFPA forms for submission to ME Risk Committee and maintain the
repository.

+ Review and process bonds related to project/bid requests (bid bond,
advanced payment guarantee, PB, etc.) and coordinate with the finance team for
processing and issuing with final approvals.

+ Coordinate insurance related claims and early warnings with legal on ACMS.

+ Preparing initial budget splits with Project Manager to upload into AECOM
Project Management System (APIC).

+ Supporting project managers with sub-consultant contracts and invoices with
the required approvals.

+ Conducts internal Project Performance Reviews.

+ Identifying budget risk and providing mitigation strategies.

+ Review the financial tables, KPI’s and commercial risks for project
reviews.

+ Advise on guidelines for doing business on KSA Projects and company policy,
procedures and processes.

+ Supporting project manager with following up on invoicing and payments with
Clients [Cash Collection].

+ Supporting project manager with project closure and coordinating the final
financial position with F&A.;

+ Under limited supervision, normally receives little instruction on routine
work, general instructions on new assignments.

+ An experienced professional with full understanding of area of
specialization.

+ Works on problems of diverse scope.

+ Supporting project teams to mobilize for projects and site visits across
KSA.

+ Reviewing with business line manager tracking business line performance
reports.

+ Supporting PM and PD in attending client meetings and their contractual
negotiation requirements.

For the above requirements the position will be across multiple projects
supporting multiple business lines and reporting to the Deputy Commercial
Lead.
