Role Summary
* Engage commercial clients and XF stakeholders to align commercial priorities with learning strategies.
* Follow methodological approach to assess capability needs and develop the most appropriate training strategies and plans.
* Leverage PLA tools and metrics to assess/manage learning demand, evaluate performance indicators and generate insights for continuous improvement.
* Ensure training approval processes and compliance standards are fully implemented and followed appropriately.
* Delivery of all in-scope learning solutions in Saudi Arabia
* Master the application of diversified learning modalities and delivery approaches to better engage learners and establish an enhanced learning experience.
* Creating an agile learning culture that addresses emerging commercial priorities and capability needs.
* Own regional/local client engagement & reconcile demand with Creation domain
* Gather/provide localization input
* Organize content into an executable learning experience; perform TTTs
* Deliver live instructor led learnings, agnostic to topic
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and implement learning strategies and plans in line with PLA vision as well as local needs.
* Delivery of in-scope training programs, projects and initiatives that addresses Saudi needs and commercial priorities.
* Leverage handover of materials from Learning Solutions Managers, Content integrators, and Learning Experience Developers where necessary
* Personalize learning materials to match personal teaching style
* Deliver live instructor-led learnings agnostic to topic (CFC Skills and Tools, Marketer Skills and Tools, Therapeutic Area/ Product Knowledge, Colleague Performance & Leadership Development, and Medical)
* Oversee external learnings delivered by vendors.
* Leverage Learning Event Planners in operational acceleration domain for scheduling and production of sessions
* Ensure compliance standards are fulfilled and implemented and establish ongoing collaboration with legal, regulatory and compliance functions.
* Partner with marketing and medical to develop and implement integrative training solutions that address CF roles in Saudi.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of Pharma Experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Evidence of successful project management experience.
* Proven ability to deliver blended learning solutions and assess outcome.
* Mastering learning technology for an enhanced learners' experience.
* Business acumen and good understanding of Saudi business and commercial priorities.
* Familiarity with Pfizer IT systems and resources
* Cross-functional working experience and collaboration
* Track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
* Experience in evaluating training programs and materials to ensure end-user needs are met
* Experience in driving change across organization at local level.

* Location; Riyadh / Jeddah
* Travel - if necessary, to ensure the achievement of the set objectives
