Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Manager to join our
team in Riyadh! In this role you will be responsible for managing, designing,
developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
Specific Responsibilities
* Demonstrates advanced subject matter expertise in functional area and is fully competent in all aspects of designing and conducting client training programs.
* Plays a key role in establishing course objectives, developing course content, and planning/developing various scenarios and interactive exercises for the complex client training programs.
* Acts as a resource to the client regarding subject matter of functional area and recommends appropriate changes to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
* Plays a role in overall planning for future training programs.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Competencies writer (Civil engineering/Design/and Architecture)
* Focused on Knowledge Transfer Programs (EPMO/PMO/Organizational/Engineering)
* Develop training material based on competencies for FORMAL training.
* Must work efficiently and effectively
* Review and evaluate existing training materials and presentation methods.
* Facilitate and coordinate training events.
* Assess knowledge, skills and abilities to gauge student proficiency in topic area
* Apply industry best practices in adult learning principles and theories
* Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
* Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes
* Conduct course content review and provide recommendations for training material revisions
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* CIPD Qualification is a must
* Bachelors in any related discipline.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar field
* Must have experience in the GCC experience.
* Expected to demonstrate professional levels of competence.
* Excellent presentation, influencing and facilitation skills.
* Must be an effective and committed team member with excellent skills in dealing with others, communicating, negotiating and persuasion.
* Ability to generate reports and analyze data
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Arabic and English.
