Role summary:
Incumbent will be responsible for delivering an efficient HR operations
service, focusing on onboarding for all KSA employees.

What this job involves
Support the delivery of the day to day operational HR pieces using consistent
ways of working through clearly articulated policies, processes and accurate
data
Maintain excellent filing procedures, with a key focus on data accuracy and
adherence to policies
Take part in the yearly audit process
Support the HR Operations team as required
Ensure Stakeholders expectations are managed to the expected quality
Lead the on-boarding process including but not limited to ensuring the entire
process is delivered on a timely manner
Act as a key liaison between the 3rd party vendors and JLL for all new iqamas,
iqama transfers, renewals and cancellations
Be the point of contact for all candidates and ensure the business is informed
of joining progress
Manage the iqama tracker to ensure all iqamas are active and ensure renewals
are done on time

Advanced in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
