Responsibilities:
* Take the lead on recruitment activities to attract Saudi talents and fulfill staffing requirements in KSA
* Ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Responsible for tracking and updating all labor and government related online platforms
* Handle the medical and insurance files for the employees.
* Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
* Assist the L&D team in the administration and tracking of employee development training.
* Engages employees and resolves issues expediently, with professionalism and tact. Escalates concerns as appropriate.
* Performs employee onboarding to include data entry into the HR Information system and new employee orientation. Ensures data entered is complete and accurate and employees have a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures.
* Participate in the exit process for the employees.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 Years' experience as HR Specialist or Generalist
* Must be based in KSA
* BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
* High proficiency in Local labor law
* Excellent communication Skills
* Fluency in Arabic and English "Speaking, writing and reading"
