Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and
performance of an assigned customer portfolio in a large cluster/large
geographical area.
Objectives:
* Cultivating strong relationships with chemical key clients and its affiliates in the Saudi Arabia market mainly in the Eastern province but also in Saudi Arabia and other IMEA countries.
* Identifying and capitalizing on logistics and services (LnS) Projects within key client network.
* Strong ocean Network experience.
* Maximizing revenue generation from the key clients account in potential opportunities.
* Providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding key clients expectations.
* Establishing a long-term partnership with key clients and positioning Maersk as a trusted logistics and services (LnS) provider.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and its affiliates, understanding their specific MRO (Maintenance, Repair and operations) project requirements.
* Leveraging your knowledge and expertise in MRO projects to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions to key clients and its affiliates.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including project management, Solution engineers, and procurement, to develop effective strategies and ensure successful execution of MRO projects.
Scope of Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive account management strategy for key clients.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at key clients and its affiliates.
* Identifying logistics and services (LnS) opportunities within key client's affiliates operations and supply chain.
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet key clients' unique requirements.
* Leading contract negotiations along with the KCD and ensuring profitable terms and conditions.
Qualification
* Bachelor's or master's degree in related field.
* +‎5 years of experience in commercial sales, chemical, logistics. Commercial sales, global contracts, long and short cycle sales
Skills:
* building solutions for local, regional, and global customers. Expertise in the following areas will be highly valued.
* Strong negotiator.
* Ability to understand customer pains and needs.
* Build top class solutions using our current product offering as base to close the business.
* Ability to build trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders within the customers' organization and leverage internal relationships to expand business opportunities for Maersk.
* Create and execute a well-defined strategy for his/her customers portfolio and prospects.
* Plan and execute meeting with customers, with and efficient pipeline management through our CRM.
* Positive, adaptable, fast learner, strong sense of urgency, team player, winning mentality, results oriented, growth mindset.
