For this bid/project we are seeking a Testing & Commissioning Lead

Responsibilities:

The Testing and Commissioning Lead will be responsible for planning,
coordinating, and executing all testing and commissioning activities for the
project.

Develop testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for the
railway project in coordination with other departments.
* Lead and manage a team of testing and commissioning engineers and technicians.
* Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive test program for the railway system, including both hardware and software testing.
* Develop and maintain test scripts, procedures, and test cases.
* Conduct and oversee testing and commissioning activities, including factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and commissioning tests.
* Identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing and commissioning activities.
* Monitor and report on the progress of testing and commissioning activities, including developing progress reports for project management.
* Attend and monitor the trial runs
* Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are completed on time and within budget.
* Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that testing and commissioning activities are integrated with other project activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of ‎10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of railway systems.
* Strong technical knowledge of railway systems, including signalling, communications, and power supply.
* Experience in managing a team of testing and commissioning engineers and technicians.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
* Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
