DB E&C has been a long-term consultant for Saudi Arabian Railways (SAR). For
that reason we are looking for a Maintenance Contract Manager (f/m/d) to
support SAR on depot related asset maintenance contract fulfilment of the
respective contractor.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the Maintenance Planning IT System
* Develop the Asset Management Plan, the preventive and overhaul maintenance schedule and the planning of corrective maintenance
* Take care of detailed job planning incl. task instructions
* Identify tool and equipment requirements and their planning
* Maintain essential records and files from which management reports are prepared and distributed
* Review all work order feedback and updates PMs and Standard Work Orders accordingly
* Plan and schedule for shutdowns (major and minor)
* Execute Warranty Management
* develop Project Management and Standard Job Plan
* Be in charge of reporting - Executing Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis and Resource leveling
* Develop planner reference systems including a file of Planned Job Packages for recurring jobs, plus labor and material libraries for each piece of equipment
* Identify recommendations and or areas for improvements
* Analyse periodically cost trends with recommendations for continual improvement
* Keeps the Maintenance Director informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside the Planner's knowledge or authority
Qualifications:
*
At least Bachelors Degree in any relevant discipline
* 5 -10 years ' experience as a Maintenance Manager with exposure to Linear Assets, Rolling Stock, Facility Management, Railway Asset Management and Warranty Management
* Ability to lead and instruct
* Professional communication, negotiation and mediation skills to stakeholders, namey the client and the contractors
* Very good English skills
* Wilingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for at least 2 years
