PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities

* Project Specific Activities:
* Coordinate with project team and project iCenter Planner on forecast of cabinet assembly demand
* Request the buyer to release IR to the factory for each cabinet of the project
* Order Book Review
* Review of Cabinet Bill of Materials (BOM) and the status of Emerson parts
* Create and release the work orders for each project as per the team request.
* Setting-up new item/model number for customized cabinet parts
* Monitoring of quotations and cabinet prices.
* Create delivery numbers for completed projects
* Order Management Activities
* Follow up and expedite deliveries according to the project schedule
* Assisting with internal material availability - escalations
* Assist in Material Returns with the logistics and Customer care teams
* Communicate updates directly to Production and Project team
* Internal material shipment status
* Weekly meeting for project updates
* Project Account Management Activities
* Coordinates order statuses with management
* Coordinate for Credit/ Invoice and Re-Invoice for Project Orders
* Assist in reconciliation during month end Inventory
* Process the monthly invoicing for all projects
* Other Responsibilities
* Weekly reports
* Assist in cabinet and sub-assembly Shipments
* Maintains records of necessary documents on document management system (PO, OA, invoices, shipping documents)
* Updates PO-invoice track
* Quality Control & Assurance
* Ensuring compliance to facility quality management system
* Participates in quality audits, internal audits with internal and external authorities
* Team building
* Create an inclusive and supportive environment for all stake holders
* Coordinate with production engineers for BOM, Ordering, Closing the Projects
* Actively share knowledge and experience with the teams.
Technical Skills

* Proficient with Oracle/SAP business system is required
* Familiar with components used in cabinet assembly
* Conversant with Commercial PO terms
* A clear understanding of INCOTERMS
* Knowledge of tools (e-Repps/Oracle/TRAX) is preferred
* Knowledge of MS-Office
DIMENSION AND SCOPE:
Internal: all employees in iCenter, Emerson Process Management Sales
Organizations and Representatives, all employees, all employees in
distribution centers
External: end users of EPM products (FAT), Suppliers, LDC and SDC,
Statutory Authorities (Customs, Chamber of Commerce)


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Higher Vocational Level of education, preferably in electronic / electrical engineering
* Minimum of two years industrial experience in order administration, preferably in the same type of industry
* Additional control, process and product training are appreciated
* Suitable professional and technical courses
* Fluency in English
* Computer literate
