In this role, you will be entrusted with the opportunities to sell services to
Decorative project customer and set plan to develop a very strong relationship
with the key customers who are main players in the market.

As a Projects Development Manager at Hempel, you will be responsible to set-up
sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company by
detailing sales action plan among members and closely monitor them to ensure
that target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and
ensure the results are in line with the company business plan.
Here's some of the other things you can look forward to:
* Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each sales staff.
* Working on the opportunities to sell services to Decorative project customers.
* Set plan to develop a very strong relationship with the key customers who are main players in the market.
* Plan, manage and monitor payments collection with the existing and new customers to achieve the company's budgeted sales and gross margin.
* Cooperate with technical service personnel to ensure inspection is carried out at all required job site and to ensure painting works is applied in accordance with specification.
* Conduct periodical meetings among sales subordinates and supervise essential key account possibilities.
* Keep the Deco Sales Manager informed by reporting important issues relevant to DPC sales operations.
* Monitors the competitors' activities, strategies, and prices. Come up with the plan against the movement of the competitors and discuss with Sales and Marketing Manager.
* Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain at all times a good and updated knowledge about the market including key projects, important contractors, consultants, etc.
* Prepare and submit MMR reports.
* Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities).
* To monitor/supervise the usage of CRM of the Team Members using CRM dashboard to verify the date and information and ensure the best quality possible.
* Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.
The role will be based in Dammam (Saudi Arabia).

We expect that our future colleague will be experienced in the coating
industry, familiar with different sales techniques, and systems, and have the
ability to anticipate our clients' needs and match them to the best solutions.
You should also have the following qualifications:
* University degree in Business Administration or any other related field preferably Technical (Chemistry) degree.
* MBA or specific studies of Business Administration would be valuable.
* More than ‎7 years of experience in similar tasks or as Team Lead in a Sales department.
* Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable.
* Quality oriented with proven experience of working to quality standards.
* Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable attitude.
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
* Ability to communicate in English & Arabic.
* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX).
