EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
* Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience in Sales or Business Development
* 10 years' experience in selling oilfield equipment
* Prior experience in selling to end-users, operators and contractors in the Oil and Gas, Pipeline, Petroleum or Process Industries
* Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with computer software to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintains relationships with Aramco by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
* Leads business development opportunities/activities by creating and developing partnerships, business proposals with Aramco.
* Build business with Aramco key strategic partners by identifying and building upon and new relationships within
* Plan and carry out sales activities to maintain and develop current and new business
* Help shape strategy and direction by leading local sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making
* Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
* Develops and coordinates market research that drive adjusts in marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
* Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
* Provide market needs, technology developments and trends through customer calls, industry contacts and new relationships
* Practice sound time management skills - maximize contact with customers while maintaining interaction with region.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs
* Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calls, following leads, creating opportunities and landing business. This includes developing and cultivating customer relationships across different industries and geographic areas through personal interactions.
* Set meetings with Aramco to foster relationship while building synergy with Aramco to understand their needs.
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
* Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Carry out job requirements in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
* Be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative
* Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s).
* Participate in actions which promote a safety and quality culture within NOV
* Comply with all NOV Company and Quality, Health Safety Environmental polices & procedures
* Ensure compliance of the company's overall objectives
* Other duties as assigned by management.
