GT-PROJECT MANAGEMENT HUMAN RESOURCES
Purpose
Defines and coordinates according to established objectives under area of
Human Resources the new developments and changes work plan aiming at the
accomplishment of expected due dates.
Main Responsibilities
Assures the accomplishment of the projects and the quality of the implemented
procedures coordinating and controlling the activities and personnel assigned
to every task.
Anticipates possible problems or delays in the accomplishment of the projects.
Allows User Training Programs to take advantage of all the features included
in the implemented systems.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and
ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of
responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff
and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and
procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment
and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
