Position: Project Manager - Human Resources (Full time #529928)
Property / Office: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
As Project Manager - Human Resources, you will be responsible for the
following duties:
* Develops and implements Human Resources policies and procedures
* Drive various HR projects including rebranding and renovation
* Spearhead the set-up and implementation of HRIS system
* Understands and assists in the preparation of the hotel Human Resources budget and business plan
* Ensuring that all Human Resources administration procedures are carried out in accordance with hotel and legal requirements
* Managing and administrating disciplinary and grievance procedures in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources
* Managing effective employees' relations regarding employee welfare, health, hygiene, and safety are maintained
* Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and the workflow of the department
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:
* Proven record and great ability in spearheading projects
* Excellent organizational skills and able to work simultaneously with several projects
* Ability to think and plan strategically
* Quality driven with a passion for excellence
