Role + Responsibility ;
* Update Sales Order in SAP upon receiving of goods - MIGO Posting, check sales order fulfillment.
• Update sales order when goods are ready for dispatch; requesting release
approvals for delivery.
• Customs Clearance by 3PL - Ensure timely customs clearance is done and all
documents are available at E+H SC KSA.
• Delivery Planning and coordination with Logistic Service provider for
receiving shipments and delivery activities.
• Ensure to obtain daily /weekly reports from the 3PL provider on deliveries
and stock movements.
• Escalated reporting to Supply Chain Team Lead and Logistics & Supply Chain
Manager required on orders released but on HOLD.
• Attend to customer queries on delivery schedules and make sure that the
appropriate feedback is given to customer .
Qualification + Profile :
• Bachelor's degree in commerce or Business Administration.
•1 - 5 years' experience in Logistics monitoring & planning.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Experienced in SAP and ERP system.
