Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for One (‎1) Logistics
Officer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Supply Chain team in our
Dubai Office and support the Logistics Operations of the group.
What you will need to do:
* Liaisons with freight forwarding companies/transporters.
* Coordinates with Ports and Customs authorities.
* Imports, exports, and shipping documentation processing.
* Performs any other related duties as assigned.
* Ensure rules and regulations of Customs and other regulatory bodies are being fully adhered to for all permanent and temporary importation/exportation of materials, equipment, and parts for project consumption.
* Provide estimate and recommend logistics costs as required by the project/sites.
What you will need to have:
* Minimum ‎5 to ‎7 years ' experience in the same field preferably in freight forwarders handling companies.
* Experience in GCC Countries (preferred)
* Preferred - Specific knowledge of Customs rules & regulations, project cargo, freight forwarding Good Awareness about import / export requirements of material and equipment.
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office etc.
* Good knowledge of ERP systems and any other related software.
* Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language) and Arabic will be beneficial.
