Job Description
To Coordinate with Execution team to arrange the Materials and Equipment as
per scheduled duration.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of consignment.
* Create and introduce best practice methods and or adjust existing processes accordingly, in collaboration with inter departments.
* Coordinates movement and expedites the flow of products from suppliers, in the warehouse and throughout the delivery to destination.
* Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
* Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
* Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
* Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
* Coordinating and managing the transportation of materials from suppliers to customers or between different locations.
* Creating and managing shipment schedules, routes, and delivery timelines.
* Communicating with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of shipments.
* Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments using computer software and databases.
* Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
* Working closely with other departments such as purchasing, production, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
* Planning and coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

* Following up logistics activities with relevant authorities and different suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:
* Proficient in ERP & skills related to LMS (Logistics management systems)
* Clear understanding of INCOTERMS & Letter of Credit
* Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook as a minimum)
* Good English communication skill.
* Arabic Speaking is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience as a Logistics Co-ordinator in Abu Dhabi Municipality / ITC / ADDC Projects.
* Experienced in road permits, approvals, etc., with ITC / Abu Dhabi Police
* Candidates with prior experience in the Electrical industry shall be preferrable.
* Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
* Ability to read Engineering and Technical Drawings.
