Facility Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Comply with all NOV HSE procedures and policies.
* Ensure the facility and NOV procedures and policies are in full compliance with the local laws and regulations pertaining to the building industry/ sector.
* Maintains record of all facility and business-related certificates and licenses, coordinates and communicates with the local authorities to ensure the validity of the documents including renewal.
* Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs and maintains building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management.
* Directs facility small construction remodeling, grounds improvement, and maintenance projects; coordinates with other departments to complete such projects; reviews the plans for proper construction methods; maintains records of drawings, materials used and orders.
* Tracks facility service requests and ensures requests are completed within established timeline and quality standards.
* Administers janitorial contracts; reviews work of contractors to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the timelines and standards of quality set forth in the contract.
* Analyzes and investigates maintenance and personnel problems or issues and prepares and compiles written reports to the management with solutions and/or recommendations.
* Supervises, assigns, and reviews the work of maintenance/ facility staff; sets KPIs and reviews performance evaluations.
* Responsible for the proper implementation of all facility services related contracts.
* Assists the Facilities Manager in preparing and administering the department budget, monitors budget accounts and expenditures.
* Helping business to relocate to new offices when needed.
* Coordinates between different departments to cover facility needs.
* Maintains relationships and works closely with suppliers as per NOV guidelines.
* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering/Industrial Management or equivalent.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, word, Power Point, etc.).
Projects Management (PMP certified is preferred).
Languages: Arabic /English.
