Warehouse Supervisor

ChampionX has an immediate need for Warehouse lead. The candidate is required
to work with SC team & 3rd party warehouse , his/her role to support the
implementation of company policy for industry marketing plan.

What You Will Do:
* Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees
* Develop work habits that supports an environment of ensuring continual improvement
* Daily inspection for the WH and to report any issues.
* Making DN for dispatched items
* Checking trucks condition for loading & Material loading in a safety manner.
* Checking all incoming documents and collaborate with customs officer and clearing agent.
* Posting GRN for incoming items
* Printing labels and submitting samples for QC dept.
* Preparing stock report and ensure all entries are up to date in SAP, based on cycle / full count per policy.
* Preparing daily pallets report.
* Preparing Total stock or Inventory report (weekly).
* Sending daily stock report of drilling mud
* Doing PGI for the outbound shipments
* Ensure safe storage in warehouse and segregation based on the chemical hazardous

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* BSC Chemist / ‎6 months certified warehouse training with relevant work experience
* A minimum of ‎3 - ‎5 years of field experience.
* Ability to generate warehouse daily / monthly report
* Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
* Adhering to company 's safety policies
Preferred Experience:
* Between ‎3 - ‎5 years of Chemical Industry experience
* Chemist background.
* Familiar with upstream chemicals.
* English proficiency is highly required
* Understand and practice Company and Customer safety policies and procedures.
* Good time management skills.
* English Language (Written & Verbal) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
