Main Responsibilities
* Ensuring HR policies and processes are up to date and reflect regulation- SOPs and best practice with continued policy improvement and maintenance and cyclical reviews.
* Supporting the Factory HRBP - Egypt in developing a factory onboarding plan as well as the review- development and upgrade of a new-joiners playbook- benefits handbook- and policy document while Ensuring the LT (Leadership Team)- line managers and staff are supported and confident to seek appropriate HR guidance and coaching on a wide range of issues.
* Actively support department managers in talent and capability management cost effectively using safer learning & development and recruitment techniques and provide a high-quality learning & development and recruitment plans presenting a positive impression of the organization and attracting high quality candidates while coaching line managers to ensure all processes are followed and no gaps in training.
* Coach and partner the LT to review the approach to performance and talent management- including managing under performance- talent development and other succession plans.
* Manage the on-boarding process for all new joiners
* Work with the LT to research and recommend training needs for all staff and teams- develop or source proactive learning opportunities for all staff- focusing on skills gaps and development of talent.
Qualifications
* Experience in people operations- people experience and Manpower Planning
* Experience in HR analytics and reporting (Turnover and attrition- Absenteeism- Talent Development and Performance Metrics)
* Experience in developing and implementing onboarding plans
* Experience in working directly with centers of excellence and Head of Departments
* Experience with using Workday system
* Demonstrated experience overcoming the inevitable problems and obstacles that surface to meet project timelines and cost initiatives
* Creativeness and desire to not to be bound by past solutions and to think creatively to drive productivity throughout the organization
* Ability to communicate and deal with a range of responsibilities is critical while managing multiple tasks.
* Working knowledge of enterprise business principles and practices
* Presentation Skills
* Mentoring & coaching skills
Certification required
* MBA within the past year is required
* Microsoft Excel- Microsoft Power Point- Microsoft Word
