As People Manager, you would first establish a deep understanding of each team
member at Marn via multiple one-to-one sessions and thorough 360 evaluations.
You would connect with your people at Marn to become their best professional
friend. Meanwhile, you will also work with Marn's management to understand the
company future needs. The knowledge you will obtain from this exercise will
help you in shaping & executing a plan to ensure each team member is fulfilled
at their work while they are developing toward their next career level at
Marn. This will involve you leading continuous feedback sessions, company-wide
alignment exercises, acting as a key holder of company culture, and becoming
the wise counsel people refer to for a reality check.

center of happiness where all pieces align together. Enhancing the flow of
information across the entire company to make sure each individual is

International Group recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS)
software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for
businesses in F &B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively
