We are currently looking for a Performance Manager with experience developing,
implementing and maintaining performance management systems for a high profile
and complex program located in the Medina Region of Saudi Arabia.
The role is based in a remote location.
Responsibilities;
+ Responsible for developing, implementing and maintain a performance
management system for the program to include metrics and trend analysis for
functional requirements.
+ Program modelling and analysis, research, benchmarking, trend analysis, and
risk management.
+ Assist with developing program plans, defining metrics and measures,
defining requirements for an automated dashboard, facilitating meetings to
select and formalize metrics, establishing a configuration management process
for metrics, and developing processes and procedures for the execution of the
program.
+ Analysing trends to determine root cause and potential solutions.
+ Maintain responsibility for facilitating the coordination and development
of monthly performance reports, working with project teams to deliver
performance-based studies and assessments, researching and analysing
performance data to develop an annual report, and developing and delivering
training on metrics.
Minimum Requirements
+ Prior experience of leading Performance Management within a large-scale
program
+ Effective communications skills, including writing, development of visuals
and delivering presentations.
+ Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and resolution techniques in a
dynamic team environment with strong analytical, verbal and written
communication skills.
+ Strong people management and consensus building skills as well as
organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
+ Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable
