We are hiring for Customer Services Coordinator for our Guardian Glass Jubail
plant. As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key
measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective
customer service to the client.
Our Team
The position will be part of customer services department iasioning with all
capabilities of supply chain and operations team.
What You Will Do
* Order Fulfilment, Validation, Modification, and Cancellation. Identification of exceptions and providing resolution to issues.
* As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective customer service to the client.
* Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Good understanding of one or more processes.
* Call and receive calls from customers with relation to orders;
* Consult customer on availabilities (routes, lead times, stock availability).
* Transport Plan Delivery- On time.
* Create delivery and follow up on shipments.
* Resolve Order Management Issues.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* 1 -3 Year Experience in Supply Chain specially within Order Management.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
* Attention to Details.
* Excel Basic Skills (Functions and formulas).
* Customer Services Skills.
