About the Role
Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced, motivated, high-performing, quick-
learning, and passionate Operations Support Expert to join our team to support
our customer's command and control system.
The Emirates Air Defense Ground Environment - Transformation (EADGE-T)
Operations Experts (Subject Mater Expert) provides domain expertise on all
facets of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Planning Cycle. The
SMEs provide guidance on how the system operates and is an expert on the
various features of the EADGE-T system and can communicate to the customer the
best ways to perform their specific tasks. They provide both classroom and
individual training on the system and generate and maintain training material.
And they provide operational perspective to system issues and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
* Provides guidance on system operation, and consultation and training on various system features and functions
* Maintains system technical and training documentation
* Ensures optimal use of the system applications and maintains operator proficiency
* Domestic and International travel may be required to support the deployment of mobile systems for demonstrations
* Ability to support off-nominal work hours to support mission needs (night and weekends)

* Knowledgeable in air and missile defense systems
* Knowledgeable in operational and tactical C2
* Knowledgeable in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
* Knowledgeable in Modeling and Simulation systems
* Experience in managing and configuring of tactical data links, preferably Link-16 and Link-11
* Experience with or desire to learn secure and reliable networks and network management
* Experience integrating new systems or components into an operational system, including occasional troubleshooting and reverse engineering
* Strong system engineering skills with an emphasis on software-intensive systems and system -of-systems integration
* Familiarity with cyber security and managing operations in multiple security enclaves
* Experience with fixed and mobile command centers, including support for coalition and expeditionary operations
Desired Skills
Knowledgeable in any of the following operational disciplines:
* Strategy and Air Defense Operations
* Familiarity with how national air defense is planned and executed
* Knowledge of the air operations planning cycle, including utilization of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
* Knowledge of tactical air defense, including how air tasking orders are used
* Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC)
* Knowledge of the air defense planning cycle
* Familiarity with integrating Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) into the planning cycle
* Familiarity with communications (datalink) planning
* Command and Reporting Center (CRC)
* Knowledge of tactical air defense, including threat evaluation & weapon allocation
* Familiarity with ATO processing
* Experience with Solipsys MSCT and TDF
* Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
* Knowledge of ISR, particularly still imagery and video imagery
* Familiarity with TAISR, Geoflix, and RemoteView
