Job Duties:**
* Responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth.
* Responsible for the overall performance of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Departments.
* Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects.
* Determine annual unit & gross - profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
* Analyze data, prepare reports & provide strategic recommendations based on data & market trends.
* Identifies, qualifies and creates new commercial opportunities.
* Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
* Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.
* Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.
* Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training . As well as counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising departments' job results.
* Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
* Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires staff members to achieve departmental objectives.
* Monitor competitor projects, sales and marketing activities.
* Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.
Job Requirement:**
* Any relevant bachelor 's degree.
* 15+ years of experience in Real estate.
* Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office.
* In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
* Professional and proactive work ethic.
* High competence in project and stakeholder management.
* Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
* Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up.
* Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines.
* Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
