Sales Account Manager required to sell our services and create business
partnerships.
We are a digital marketing agency offering branding, web design & development,
E-commerce, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing solutions, we are looking for a
committed with an appetite to generate leads and deliver inquiries for our
services. Ideally, experience with digital services and sales would help to
provide the initial introduction effectively.
Our target goal is to sell our services and create long-term business
relationships with SMEs and large enterprises.
Job Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with potential clients by seeking out their needs and offering solutions.
* Acquire new accounts through inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and social media.
* Create, negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
* Manage key accounts
* Act as a point of contact for clients
* Handle complaints, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
* Maintain client satisfaction by keeping the quality of products and services high and meeting new client needs.
* Strategize new approaches for attracting clients and making sales in a B2B context.
* Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
* Create frequent sales reviews and reports to monitor performance analytics
Requirements:
* ‎1 : ‎2 years experience in a similar role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Proficient in Hubspot CRM and Microsoft Office suite
* Good communication skill
* Fluent English skills (written and verbal communication)
* Excellent commercial & business acumen
* Highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing and prioritizing
* Self-motivated and willing to work remotely
* Works well as part of a team and on own initiative
* Confident and social personality
* Determined, proactive, and energetic

We offer a fixed salary, monthly KPIs commission, and bonus.
Job Location : Cairo - Nasr City/Remote
