Responsibilities
* Manage clients' accounts.
* Meet clients and gather necessary information to conclude deals and guarantee project delivery based on contract requirements (might require traveling).
* Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
* Proposal write up and communication with clients.
* Upsell and approach old and new clients for new services.
* Gather leads by calling potential clients, visiting exhibitions and conferences.
* Update project management system and CRM.
* Discuss and brain storm project concept/ideas with the involved team members.
* Reviewing deliverables and client comments on project to ensure best standards.
* Inter-department communication with design, development, social media, IT, and Accounting teams through emails for tasks related to signed or potential projects.
* Follow up on Project with supervisor and present a monthly report of activities.
* Update Client list with their emails, phone numbers and addresses.
* Gather content for Newsletter or Mailing that is sent to clients for new products, offers and newly signed Clients.
* Advise social media team on latest launched projects.
* Updating profile and website with latest products and clients.
* Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Research:
* Researching different industries and understand their needs that fit with our services.
* Gather a list of potential clients and researching what they have in terms of products and what we could offer.
Required Skills:
* Experience in digital marketing and development.
* Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
* In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
* Previous experience in handling clients.
* Ambitious and dynamic.
