Continuous Improvement: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be expected
to identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and project
execution. This involves analyzing data, gathering feedback, and implementing
changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:** Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a critical aspect of the role. You will need to promote and enforce safety practices, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate measures to minimize incidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education
REQUIRED
HS Diploma / GED/ C&G / ITI or equivalent
* May have University Degree/Diploma or 10-12 yrs experience in place of Degree
* Strong knowledge of downhole tools used in the oil and gas industry, including drilling tools, completions tools, and well intervention tools.
* Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and field personnel.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to downhole tool operations.
