JOB PURPOSE


Manage the execution of projects within stipulated schedule and budget


QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES


Minimum Formal Academic Qualification



  • Bachelor degree in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical /

  • Instrumentation / Chemical

  • PMP certification will be an advantage


Related Experience



  • "Minimum total full time professional experience of ‎12 yrs post Engineering Degree.

  • Minimum ‎3 yrs as Project Manager - For execution of Modular steel fabricated systems such as Injection systems, Oil/Gas modular skids and Water & Waste water treatment skids projects OR as project manager for Industrial plant construction projects

  • Minimum ‎3 yrs experience in the Middle East, preferably in KSA on projects with end clients such as Aramco, SWCC, SABIC, NWC

  • Demonstrated experience in project management covering planning, cost control and change management.

  • Ability to apply Earned value metrics to monitor project performance

  • Experience in steel fabrication and systems assembly / related technical business.

  • Demonstrated ownership of project P/L"

  • Work experience with Modular Fluid Treatment Solution providers / manufacturers OR plant construction contractors in the Oil /Gas, Petrochemicals and Water Sectors


Skills / Knowledge / Competencies



  • Change management: Well organized with good client relations to manage change

  • Planning : Ability to anticipate and take corrective measures to mitigate risks. Good understanding of PERT/CPM concept and planning software such as PRIMAVERA and MS Project

  • Coordination: Proactive interaction with concerned external and internal entities.

  • Communication: Excellent business / technical writing and presentation skills in English. Ability to speak in Arabic will be a plus.
