RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare all the 100 monthly Rental ticket.
* Get those ticket signed.
* Request the Covering POs.
* Get the approved SES.
* Prepare the documents for invoicing.
* Assist our operation team to create POs when getting components from vendors instead of going back to Dubai team for assistance.
* Local Sales Spare part quote to be done in KSA instead of waiting Dubai team assistance.
* Assist with Workshop Quotes when needed.
* Drivers follow up and assist to coordinate the trips.
* Organize our operation documentation.
* Upload all our employee monthly information on Chronos.
* Assist Jehad with the JDE and TAT transaction so he can get more time to perform all the shipments, cycle counts on time.
* Prepare all the monthly TAT tickets for each rental rig which will allow us to properly add\Remove the assets on\off Rent.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
* 1-3 years of O&G experience required.
* Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience.
* Previous administrative experience preferred.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* High quality organizational skills.
* The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
* The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
