Hiring an Account Assistant for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
* Help prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
* Assist with monthly financial close and reconciliation of accounts.
* Handle routine accounting tasks, such as bank deposits and account reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.
* Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve payment and billing issues.
* Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Key Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
