Retail SME was set up as a subsegment of PSB to manage all nonindividual
relationships below USD 100 K Retail SME teams prime focus is to offer best
products and services to Micro SME customers Trade advisory Forex sales and
Retail assets are key value additions for Retail SME proposition
Brief Description:
The incumbent shall be responsible to provide top quality service for day to
day business affairs to their customers
The job holder will also be responsible for managing the 360 degree
relationship with the customer This will include customer profiling catering
to the customers Forex Trade Asset requirements*
Further they will be required to achieve high levels of service standard and
maximize client satisfaction and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and
antimoney laundering regulations
Detailed Description:
1 Relationship Management Qualitative
* Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the customers
* Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities
* Handle service quality and operational issues of the assigned portfolio
* Facilitate in providing potential banking solutions based on identified needs of the client
* To keep up to date with latest market trends customer preferences changing customers behaviour patterns and new products as well as regularly monitoring activity by key competitors
2 Financial KPIs Quantitative
* Sell Cross sell banks products services to achieve the financial targets
* Financial KPIs will include
* Net New Money growth
* Net interest income
* Casa Fee Income
* Revenue targets from sale of Forex Trade products to the clients managed
* Retail Asset lending
* Solicit new to bank and new to product leads
* Identify opportunities to upsell and endeavour to close the deals with the assistance from the Product Specialist and other stakeholders
3 Transactional Compliance Annual Reviews
Qualitative
As the first line of defence monitor customer transactions profile in line
with the AML sanctions policies of the bank
Under the regular reviews of the assigned customer portfolio and update CDD to
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify and analyse the areas of potential risk under the portfolio and
report them
Followup with the customer to update all required regulatory documents
including Trade License Passport visa copies and have the same updated on the
system
Resolution of compliance governance queriesalerts within the allotted TAT eg
PSS live bank queries TMU etc
Responsible to regularize retain customer accounts under the identified annual
High Risk Account Review list
Job Requirements:
1 Operational Responsibilities
Qualitative
To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk sales processes
antimisselling etc and comply with the same
To be responsible for ensuring uptodate compliance KYC and client profile for
each client as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
To be responsible for assessing customer risk suitability of products and
explaining appropriate products and services to meet client requirements
To safeguard the reputation of Emirates NBD by employing best practices and
acting in a professional manner at all times
To have full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to
credit lending money laundering prevention and KYC
To comply with the above policies on an ongoing basis and report any
suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising managers

Qualitative
Complete the required set of training program within the stipulated timelines
Certification and online modules to be completed
Ensure proper adherence to office timings and work related deadlines
Candidate should adhere to the ENBD dress code policy
Additional Details:
Graduate preferably Business Finance Accounting
