Hiring a Call Center Agent for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and provide information about our products and services.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate complex issues to management as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
