As a customer advisor in our claims file management unit, you will be called
upon to provide support for customers. We are looking for a dynamic person,
who has a good team spirit.
Under the responsibility of the Supervisor, you will have as missions:
Take charge of requests for information or information on several channels,
mail chat, calls.
Manage customer complaint requests;
Propose solutions adapted to its interlocutors within a reasonable time while
respecting the customer processes.
At least Bachelors degree
At ease with meticulous processes;
Dynamic and results-oriented professional;
Ability to make commercial rebounds;
A problem-solver, customer-oriented and inventive;
Communicator eager to learn and resistant to stress.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
