Key Responsibilities
* Outline detailed plans related to specific CSR events within PCFC
* Ensures the implementation of the CSR Action Plans by communicating, coordinating, following up on actions plans provided by the department
* Provides benchmarking inputs by visiting and comparing related activities in various charitable and CSR related organizations
* Contributes to the self-assessment of the CSR activities by measuring the impact of all CSR events
* Create a line of communication to periodically enhance the awareness of Community Social Responsibility among PCFC employees
* Promote PCFC as a contributor to CSR activities by identifying, recommending and gaining approval for related CSR activities within PCFC
* Evaluates and reports periodically on CSR events
* Creates an awareness on CSR activities by preparing bulletins and other communication material for CSR events
* Preparation of Bulletin and communication material for CSR events
* Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and annual management reports as required
* Contributes to the internal bench marking standards and periodic evaluation by providing feedback, learning and action plans
* Contribute to the preparation of the Annual CSR Action Plan
* Make recommendations/nominations on annual CSR awards
* Contribute to the activities that would lead to ISOs accreditation
* Contribute to align CSR activities with International Standards(SA 8000, ISO, GRI and AA1000)
* Performa all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and discretion
* Contribute in achievement of Department objectives by executing / achieving the KPIs assigned by line manager and submit relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Media,
Marketing, Communication, or any other relevant field.
1-3 Years experience in Business development, events management, public
relations, communication, or any other relevant experience.
