Job Brief
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to look over
our client accounts. The role demands leveraging working relationships across
clients as you will have to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by
meeting all their goals and the company 's ones.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and build strong relationships with the key accounts
* Handle day-to-day activities for assigned E-commerce clients
* Conduct strategic account planning and market studies
* Execute tasks based on strategic direction
* Understand the business objectives, processes and support the needs of clients and prospects.
* Develops clear and effective proposals / quotations / reports for current and prospective clients
* Evaluate digital / social media plan according to the client needs
* Initiate and lead project meetings
* Coordinate with the internal teams on delivering client's expectations
* Preparation of sales forecast, market research reports
Requirements to Apply
* Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or related field
* Previous experience in digital marketing/account management (2 years)
* Arabic is a plus
* Proficient in Ms. Office tools, tech savvy
* Analytical reporting skills
* Effective Time Management
* Well organized
* Great problem solver
* Works well in a team
* Good communication skills
