A leading local bank is presently recruiting a ATM Manager, who will manage
the ATM channel, activity includes installation, budgeting, enhancements,
revenue and sales.
Functional Responsibilities
* ATM Operations - Responsible for smooth and seamless operations of the banks ATM estate within assigned budget.
* ATM Installations - Optimize ATM's portfolio as per the strategy approved by the management. Relocate underutilized ATMs appropriately.
* Projects - Own Benefit deliver and frame appropriate requirements to liaise with Projects for new initiatives
* Enhance CX - Manage and evolve Customer Experience on ATMs to ensure customers receive best in class service and features.
* People - Along with Punctuality & Leave Planning Encourage teamwork, Exude confidence and enthusiasm.
* Exchange houses - Manage exchange houses relationship and tie up with new exchange houses
* Identify process improvements , drive cost and enhance service quality
* Ensure availability of ATM's by monitoring uptime and escalating to IT as appropriate.
Core Responsibilities
Product Development
* To support business growth plans through ATMs
* Drive sales and revenue from banks ATMs
* Ensure ATM channel is user friendly and aligned to customer needs
* Ensure approved projects goes live as per the business requirements
* Responsible for the overall budget provided for the ATMs installation and advised the team to have cost control maker - checker done against allocated costs with regards to Rentals, Repair etc.
* Conduct month on month analysis to optimize network.
Occasional Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Responsible for the overall budget provided for ATMs installation and advised the team to have cost control, maker / checker done against allocated costs with regards to Rentals, Repairs etc.
* Ensure the availability of ATMs by maintaining uptime as follows : EDM-95 % and ATM-99 %
* Ensure audit requirements are met as per business requirements
Problem solving and Complexity
E-channel initiatives
* Manage a variable workload on projects involving pressure to meet deadlines
* Ensure ATM installations are met on target as required by Senior Management
Regularly provide idea to management / team while encountering issues.
Experience
8 - 10 years' experience in banking industry with vast exposure to ATM
channels & Project Management
Specialist skills required for the Job:
A combination of business and operations skill with expertise in finding ATM
locations as per business needs
Ability to drive a sales team and achieve targets through ATM channels
Good evaluation skills to estimate time schedules and decision - making skills
to delier efficient, error free projects
Project, People and Change management skills with focus on getting results and
ability to interact with managers and staff at all levels
Good networking and PR skills
Ensure hand in hand approach with other departments
