Role purpose:
This role involves end to end resourcing activities for all technology shared
services India hiring. This role requires to be involved in developing and
implementing recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfil the department
's staffing needs in Technical hiring, building a strong workforce that adds
to the company's bottom line
The role requires leadership of a complex team span with more than 5 employees
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
* Managing Internal & External recruitments for technology shared services department.
* Strong understanding of technical profiles, needs and preferences.
* Responsible for leading the hiring process end to end:
o Designing and implementing the recruitment process for each vacancy with the
hiring managers based on the nature of each role and the key role requirements
o Develop, revise and update job descriptions and job specifications
o Responsible for screening, interviewing and assessing candidates based on
each role profile and each job requirements
o Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
o Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
o Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and
aptitudes
o On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports on applicants' flow, selection and Sources
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
* Promote company's reputation, brand and a positive candidate experience
* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews & assessment centers for measuring potentiality and functional /interpersonal skills
* Ongoing close collaboration with the Business Partners and the management teams on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs.
* Accountable for ensuring the delivery of permanent resourcing requirements for VSSE
* Build strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders, the HRBP teams and the outsource providers to facilitate the delivery of resourcing requirements.
* Monitor both the quality and potential of all hires and ensure that the attraction, selection and assessment stages of the recruitment process support
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
* Resourcing delivery meets business requirements in line with forecast & key projects
* Talent pipeline initiated and ongoing aligned to the hiring plan
* Improved perception and understanding of the selection process.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of HR Resourcing experience leading a team
* Technical recruitment experience is a must
* Good analytical skills
* Full cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed timescales
* Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike
* Have the ability to analyse and evaluate the market trends, needs through screening the media and ads for other companies and provide sourcing solutions
